What is Hypnosis?

When in the hypnotic state you are able to experience thoughts and images as real. THINK QUIT uses a variety of hypnotic techniques to help you change your thinking patterns and behaviours.

What is Time Line Therapy™
Time Line Therapy (TLT) is a method of therapy that allows the subject to let go of past negative emotions and limiting beliefs. THINK QUIT uses TLT primarily to disconnect the belief you need to smoke and also remove all the connections to smoking such as; smoking while drinking coffee, driving, after a meal etc. Time Line Therapy ™ will help you eliminate negative self-talk and limiting beliefs such as; ‘I can’t stop smoking’, ‘it’s too hard to quit’, ‘smoking will probably kill me’, ‘I don’t have the will power’, I’ll put on weight if I stop’ etc.

What is Chi Kung?
Chi Kung, also referred to as Qi Gong, is a seven thousand year old system of internal healing.
